I don't have a pet any more (we do borrowmydoggy now) but the practice was a great help to find the owner of a stray a couple of years ago. They've cremated animals for me, and their prices were competitive. But above all, they are really nice people.

Well what can I say, my dog hated the vets and always has. On the rare occasion we did go to this vets my dog always seemed that little less stressed, both vets and staff always made a fuss of her and gave her treats. Just before Christmas 2023 my dog wasn’t right so we phoned the practice and we where given priority to see the vet (Anna) Anna was absolutely fantastic, caring and understanding, unfortunately we found out my dog was gravely ill and she had to be put to sleep! Our dog was part of the family and she was so loved. Jessie was a 13 year old Labrador and lived the life of luxury, the decision was kind to Jessie but cruel to us. It’s been the worst time for my family and we are still very much upset, vine tree vets have been supportive and just overall fantastic and we can’t be thankful enough. When my lab Lenny cut his paw badly, Vine tree had me in within the next 15 minutes. They even let me leave Lenny there so I could attend a school nativity. I’ve seen a few vets there and they are all lovely and caring but mostly Amy cared for Lenny and she was just the best. The way she is with Lenny is everything a worried paw parent needs in a time of crisis. He loves her too. And all the other ladies that cared for Lenny too were just fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough really. We are moving further away but I’ll still be going to vine tree. Thanks guys for treating my baby so well.

Really helpful ,kind friendly staff. Always happy to help. The care they gave to our dog when he was ill was amazing and the support we received. They have reassured me with my worries with a new puppy. Would not go anywhere else. They love every animal and treat them as if they were their own.

Vet Claire Bailey is excellent and highly recommended. She explained in full treatment and medication for my.poorly cat lola and even went that extra mile.to explain lola diagnosis. The receptionists where so freindly too. Lovely calm place and reassuring. I have 7 cats and Jack Russell registered at Vine tree vets because they amazing vets and all round great practice. Quoted for Animal Health Certificate and rabies shots for two dogs £1,000, by Lauren the vet, queried with reception today who thought it was nearer £500! Contacted our previous vets whose price is £138 for our two dogs, a huge uplift! Annual booster was double the cost of previous vets who we have now returned to. This practice is part of EQT private equity and they appear to be buying up an awful lot of vets practices! Small cramped, airless waiting area and consulting rooms. Notices on every wall stating payment in full!

Excellent service from Vine Tree Vets, as always. All the staff are friendly, helpful & informative and treat your pet as if they were their own. Would 100% recommend for cats & friends with dogs feel the same

Very friendly reception staff, always will to help answer assist your needs. My rabbit was poorly I was able to take her in straight away, the vet was lovely, very reassuring and helpful. She was calm and caring towards my rabbit and understood my concerns. Very good experience with the vet

Yesterday I had to bring my dog Ted into Vinetree as an emergency. I was truly blown away by the staff, and their caring, happy nature. The Vet Lauren was brilliant and so good , with my difficult dog. Just such good customer service. The ladies behind the main desk were happy to help and answer all my questions. Give yourselves a pat on the back..you are doing a brilliant job. You all made a difficult experience a lot easier. Thank you!

Vinetree vets are fabulous, very caring and treat both pet and owner with the utmost respect, they are there for everything even something you might class as trivial nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff including reception staff, thank you
