I think boots in general are very poor now. Shelves are almost empty with stock replenishment slow to nonexistent, staff are generally very good, I feel sorry for them having to make excuses all the time.

Popped in to buy a gift card. Nice that there are still a few well known high street chains that are still going. Conveniently sited in the centre of town, clean and helpful staff

I am beyond annoyed that Boots, Ross, are showing for sale a product that no-one at the pharmacy has undertaken the training necessary to sell. What is the point of doing this? I fully appreciate the need for training before some products can be sold, but to prominently advertise a potentially life-changing product that cannot be then sold is heartbreaking.

The pharmacy is inly open half the time an I tried to get my repeat prescriptions from there but the first ten times they got something wrong, every month there was a problem and it took them until the 11th attempt to get it all right. When I complained that this level of service was unacceptable their excuse was "well we're only human"

Absolutely excellent service, we were on holiday and needed help with a prescription, they didn't have what we needed but rang round local pharmacies until they found one that could help,brilliant service indeed 👍

Great store, only major let down is the pharmacist who is working today. Rude, no people skills considering he is the forefront of this nationwide high street pharmacy, he needs to build on his customer service skills and telephone manner. Shameful, and I am happy to escalate this further ... on the flip side, the female pharmacist I met earlier on in the week was amazing and a credit to the company and our little market town!

First time writing review here, just because feel very disappointed. I asked for advice from pharmacist regarding probiotic but faced woman who couldn’t be bothered and looked angry that she was even there. Very unprofessional and rude. I just walked away and went to pharmacy in Pendeen where professionals were able to help me. I don’t recommend.
