Only made an initial equity but their customer service is absolutely terrible, they don’t read their enquiries properly so you have to re ask the same questions then are also very blunt and rude. Don’t want to take a car in PX against one of their own that they know nothing about. Never asked me for any details about it just straight up said they aren’t interested in it. Very unprofessional. Well that’s their loss could’ve been a deal to be had but I will not tolerate rude service, I have been in car sales many years and would never treat a potential customer with such attitude. I guess not everyone’s standard are as high as my own and I shouldn’t expect to be treated with kindness and respect as this place clearly doesn’t know the meaning of the words.

Bought a car from this garage in the summer. Small fault light came up on the vehicle. Took to the garage on Wednesday. Booked in for Saturday. Issue resolved within the hour. Amazing service.

Lovely lads. Always helpful. They'll let you hang around out front or you can have a wander in town while they work. Bought a great car from them, they gave me a free service as part of the deal. Straight talking. No messing around. They open every day of the week which is crazy but so useful when you work all Week. Will definitely be back to use them again.

Birdwood have been absolutely 💯 brilliant, I was in a tightspot and they did everything they possible could to get me sorted booking in an MOT the same day and when it failed they got the repairs sorted the next day quickly and efficiently. There was absolutely no pressure to have the work done infact I asked for the price and when they could do it. I was shown what was needed and spoke though the brake down of costs so I knew where my money was going and what on. I was called as soon as it was ready and when I walked in they knew who I was and had everything ready. I haven't used them before due to others saying they hadn't had a great experience but I've had nothing but a good one and will ve going back. Thank you Birdwood for getting me back on the road.

Their website says "that all vehicles are checked by experienced mechanics" well, if the car I viewed is anything to go by it's their eyesight that needs to be checked. Travelled 3hrs to view one of their "quality cars" on the assurance that it had no major faults. I Turned the key in the ignition and the electrical fault light was on. It was at that moment I realised I had just wasted a whole day of my life on a 6hr round trip because of the unprofessionalism of Birdwood Garage. After leaving I had a lovely walk around Ross-on-Wye and a ate flapjack. As sweet as it was, it wasn't enough to make up for the awful service of this garage.
