We use White Carpet Cleaning when several heavy duty rugs were caught in a flash flooding. Having erroneously used a rug doctor on them prior to calling the experts Mark was very forthcoming and upfront regarding what could and couldn't be achieved. That having been said, the rugs came out far better than we could have anticipated. Mark was communicative and professional, giving us time when we need to finalise steps, and prompt in fitting us in at as early a time frame as possible.
