I live in Ireland and William Bevan were absolutely wonderful and helped what was the saddest time in my life become a memory I treasure ,the help and care in my Mothers wishes were second to none...Bless you all

After disciplinary investigation on 03/11/23, William Bevan in Herefordshire has been expelled from the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) after a series of allegations of poor misconduct related to a pattern of behaviour not compatible with the Funeral Director code and been instructed to remove all accreditation from its funeral home, letterhead, marketing and website to avoid causing confusion to bereaved families - Absolutely appalling service; despite having a funeral plan through them, Stuart Bevan was drunk when we called him, hung up on the Paramedic, refused to collect the body, rude to the family and could offer no advice of who to call in place of him.......... very distressing and sad night........ think hard before you use this company as would you want a drunk undertaker with your relative

Always considered bevans as the best in ross but when my father passed away on boxing day the paramedic contacted bevan who my dad had a funeral plan through and they refused to pick up my dad and Stuart Becon was rude and hung up on the paramedic we phoned bevens back and he was rude to my partner and sounded like he was drunk when the paramedic called back he point blank refused to come then babled some drivel about not being registered with the coroner

What a lovely, caring and professional service. They went above and beyond for our mums funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was meticulously planned and thought out and Niki did an amazing job handling our requests and making our wishes a reality. Phil, Sharon and the team provided such an amazing support system on the day of the funeral and kindly explained everything that was going to happen, so myself and my sister felt comfortable, confident and knew what to expect. They allowed us to give mum the send off that she deserved. We will be forever grateful to them for making a really tough day as lovely as it could be. Thank you. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to give someone a special send off.
