Wow what amazing service. On Thursday 01/12/2022 my Range Rover air suspension had a major breakdown leaving me stranded 2.5 hours from home. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the AA this time. A bit of research led to me calling Steve at the garage. Having explained my predicament and that I was leaving Sunday, I was morel than impressed that I was told to bring the car in asap that day. By 4pm on 02/12 I had a newly fitted suspension strut. Furthermore they diagnosed another potentially dangerous hazard that was mended straight away. I cannot praise them enough. Thanks again. Did a fantastic job of finding the problem I was having (knackered UJs) and replacing the prop shafts on my Def 90. At the same time they diagnosed a selection of other elements that needed attention. Despite my 4/5 efforts at obtaining this list of faults and clear indication that I would be looking for them to carry out the remedial activity, I was ignored and eventually went to a specialist elsewhere who managed to fix the issues. I was totally confused since WVG clearly seem capable with many defenders in the workshop at different levels of rebuild. So they do good work, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I have been using this garage for many years and the service has been and is excellent in every respect. I live in France but travel to Wye Valley Garage for work on my Disco TD5 . Technically brilliant, professional and extremely good value delivered in a friendly welcoming manner. You will not find better service which explains why I travel 850 miles each way for a service !
