The female shop assistant judged me straight as I came in. She probably thought and was wealthy and gave me a warm smile with dollars in the eyes. She followed me everywhere and I could tell she changed her judgement and became disrespectful when I was looking at the items on sale. Some people can't hide what they think, it's so obvious. I took a soap which was advertised at half price, and slid it in a paper bag. When I went to pay for it, she didn't even open the paper bag and she asked for the full price. I told her it's advertised half price. She pretended she didn't see it was The product on discount, as if there were other soaps in the shop... From the second I got in till the last, I didn't enjoy being there. They may struggle making profit, but that's not a reason to try to scam customers and be judgemental based on assumptions. I'm not sure I'll ever come back ...

I am fortunate to live opposite this great store.Sourcing real organic food is very hard,but here I am on their doorstep.To eat organic food is not cheap but exceedingly healthy and very good for the planet,The range of products they supply is excellent and their fruit and veg boxes are top notch.The owners a mother and son team are lovely as are other staff there If you want real quality food come to this store you will not be disappointed.

I am glad Ross has an organic shop. Great local personal service. Thank you for my weekly vegetable box delivered to my door. Fresh and no pesticides to wash off :) Great eggs and bread (the best Rye). Spinach and frozen berries for a healthy smoothie (berries are highly sprayed so i choose organic frozen - frozen cheaper than fresh). Thank you for all the cooking and recipe support :) Great food and great service. It was hard to find an organic veg box when i first moved to Ross - i hope we can support and keep this shop going.

I have shopped here for many years. Great shop selling great products, however the personal service is awful. On wishing to return a product that was faulty, i was told that it wasn't their problem and that i would need to take up the issue with the producer of the product!! There wasn't an apology given to me for the inconvenience .. just met with a very non helpful and rude attitude. As a regular customer i was so surprised and shocked by lack of empathy and treatment. I was very reluctantly given a refund in the end when i questioned the initial policy. ( first time ever giving a neg review for anything!). Hope the owners can learn for this feedback. They need to check the right of the consumer and act accordingly.

Lovely shop with great products and really friendly proprietors

Lovely place with an absolutely huge range of different items in every category. I've been looking to try a solid shampoo bar but have been really unsure what to try. There was a nice select range to choose from with no pressure from the cashier and just my opportunity to have a good look at my speed. I'm looking forward to trying it.

Prices are a bit on the high side. Some delicious produce but disappointed that half of our fresh quails eggs were bad and also one of our 6 duck eggs was also bad. No dates on the pack just said fresh.

An independent shop, with friendly staff; well stocked, attractively laid out and well loved by customers! Their milk from a local independent farm, is superb.

You kindly carried my shopping to my car outside today and I thank you for that. My lack of mobility and crutches makes carrying very awkward so thank you for your kind offer. It's greatly appreciated and I will be returning again soon to keep stocking up on your yummy and fabulous food :) I hope I'll have my walker with basket by the next time to make carrying easier!! :)

Not a vegan shop but the best place for many miles to get vegan organic goodies. Fruit, veg, Pies, pizza, frozen deserts, salad, olives, pickles, chocolate, bread, beer, wine, vegan cheese, sourkrout, soaps, shampoo, pasta, noodles, milk, cereal. Everything! Friendly and helpful.
